Execution Timeline

We highly recommend that each campaign is started with a kick off call so all parties involved are fully coordinated. We offer full 24-hour creative services with all of our all-screen campaigns. Please allow up to two weeks for first round execution from date of asset delivery. Please allow one day for full QA of each All-Screen campaign. We also offer PSD templates with all of our specifications to help expedite timelines. We consider a delivered template fully approved and go straight into the build phase.

  • Allow two weeks for execution, from delivery of assets:
    • If Tremor Video is designing, 5 days for the creative brief and/or storyboard after all assets have been received
    • If client is designing, go straight to creative build (see below)
    • 5 - 10 days for the creative build once storyboard design is approved
  • Creative calls with client are highly recommended
  • Any major creative change during the campaign flight requires an additional 3-4 day build time

If Tremor Video is designing:

  • 5 days for the creative brief and/or storyboard after all assets have been received

If client is designing:

  • We go straight to creative build phase and its 5–10 days for the initial build. Any major changes during the campaign flight require up to 3 additional days of build time
  • All fonts, in both TTF and WOFF (web) versions

Desktop Companion Banner

Companion banners served with this ad format have their own requirements:

  • These specifications are for when Tremor Video hosts the companion banner.
  • Tremor Video cannot track companion banner delivery when script code is provided.
  • Tremor Video service does not support animated banners, static banners only.

Pre-Roll, 15 or 30 seconds. Additional videos, up to 5 minutes

Frame Rate:
24 or 30 FPS

Min Audio Bitrate:
128kbps / 44khz (64k~128k @ 44.1kHz or higher)

Min Video Bitrate:
800k ~ 1024k kbps or higher

Third-Party Tracking Specifications

To track impressions and clicks, please provide the following:

  • Log-in credentials for third-party vendors
  • A 1x1 tracking pixel to track impressions
  • A click tag to track clicks to a destination page
  • If using DART, standard DART tracking tags and click commands are preferred. If using a different vendor, please contact your Tremor Video Account Manager for details. iFrame, iLayer, JavaScript, or internal redirect tags are not accepted.

Note: When a third-party serves the ad, user-initiated sound settings cannot be configured by the advertiser; that setting is always configured by the publisher that requests the ad.
